Here are some of the questions I get on a pretty regular basis. I'll update this as I receive more questions!
Q: How do I receive my printables once I've purchased?
A: Once your payment has been received, you will be redirected to a page where you can download your files. If you save your email address to your account, you will also receive an email with a download link to your files, if you would prefer to save them to download at a later time.
Q: Will your Cutfiles work in my Cricut?
A: I have started including blackout files in PDF and transparent PNG format in my newer listings. These are meant to help Cricut users cut our stickers. Regrettably I cannot offer technical support for Cricut issues as I do not own a Cricut machine. Please read description of listings before purchase as not all items in our shop include these blackout files.
Q: Do you take custom requests?
A: Currently custom requests are closed.
Q: I changed my currency to USD using the currency converter on the website, but I was charged in CAD?
A: Lahlaland is owned and located in Canada, therefore all prices are in CAD and will be charged CAD at checkout. The currency converter at the top of the website is just so you can more easily see how much something will cost once it's converted to your currency by your bank or credit card company.
Q: I'm trying to get the files to work with my iPad. Help?!
A: Just like with Cricut, I do not have familiarity with iPad softwares, etc. My products are made with a Windows PC, and I cannot offer support to iPad users.
Q: Do you make kits for the BIG Happy Planner?
A: Unfortunately, I do not at this time.
Q: Can I get a refund on my printable item?
A: Due to the digital nature of these items, I cannot offer refunds on printable items. However, please contact me if you have any issues and I'll help as best as I can!
